But, as dog owners, we take a special interest in this story. The reason why is my dog fights all the time with other dogs for FREE. Now imagine if he was pulling $40,000 per fight like Michael Vick’s dogs purportedly were. That’s some serious lettuce for a dog to be earning.

I think it comes down to this, don’t arrest Michael Vick for dogfighting, arrest everyone else for not reaping the financial rewards that dogfighting can bring!

Besides, since when is killing a dog illegal? If some dog comes and chews on your kid or if your dog is sick you practically get a medal of honor and manhood for shooting it (ever see the Disney classic “Old Yeller”?) .

But if you kill a pitbull who was trained to be a death machine suddenly you’re dog Hitler.

And betting on Dogs fighting is a crime but betting on people fighting isn’t?

But let’s be honest, if you have the money, lifestyle and privilege that a star athlete has, what the fuck are you doing trying to put together a dog fighting circuit? Let us non-pro athletes do that you scumbag!

This country once had a proud immigrant class that thrived on the animal fighting industry, and this bastard is trying to ruin it.
