		<description>Coming from the east coast, I can tell you we have an entirely different experience with out local non-resident mobile labor force.  They are hardworking individuals who give you a day's work without any breaks and are appreciative of what you give them, particularly if you are human enough to give them a soda or allow them to drink from the hose.  They are a kind and noble people who know that if they are willing to work hard and be frugal, that they will be able to be contributing members of community.  They also speak English very well and are quite intelligent, as the citizenship tests they are preparing for are quite difficult.
