They are hardworking individuals who give you a day's work without any breaks and are appreciative of what you give them, particularly if you are human enough to give them a soda or allow them to drink from the hose. They are a kind and noble people who know that if they are willing to work hard and be frugal, that they will be able to be contributing members of community.
