no it is not a shadow, it is the fabric of her dress, look at her hand on her lap, if you look at where her hand leads, it is where the illusion of her crotch is.

so the offending line you see is the fabric of the dress, pressed down into her lap.

besides, she is sitting with her legs pressed together, would you be able to see anything anyway??

Trust me on this, I have looked up lots of skirts in my time, this photo would not have been kept, even it she was 18, and even if she had no underwear on.

this is not her private parts showing, trust me.

this is her legs together with the shadow of her hand creating the allusion of her privates. it would have happened regardless of her wearing panties or not.

I can take the girl in the same dress and take a photo that looks the same regardless of whether she is wearing panties or not.

besides it looks like a shadow to me, and I am sure the yearbook staff thought the same thing.

besides this photo will not follow her the rest of her life, maybe the one on her facebook page of her smoking dope with her mom will, this will have no effect.
