The pamphlet should tell them that "gratuity" is nominally between 10-20% and goes to the food server and can be varied based on ones own judgment on the quality of the service. Also who the heck would come to the USA to go to a McDonald? Might as well as come to the USA to have fat injected directly into your veins! Wait wait wait, in japan they don’t have a concept of “tiping” no fing way?!?!?
