Older Dudes Are Better At Swearing

Awhile ago my friend Bo mentioned how older guys use much worse bad words and curses than younger guys do.

An example that he mentioned was he had this boss in his early 40′s and they drove by a massage parlor and his boss remarked:

I heard you can get a SUCKOFF there for forty-five dollars!

A guy 20 years younger would’ve said it like this:

I heard you can get a BJ there for $45

I then reflected on how my own Dad uses very vulgar figures of speech. I don’t think that the reason is that they’ve been around longer and thus need to increase the shock value of the bad words they say, because I don’t think shock value is the key.

I wonder if maybe the 70′s and 80′s were like the heyday of swearing and now we’ve lost our ability to really say disgusting things. Maybe it’s guys with mustaches who have a better command of curse words.

Anyway, I was just thinking about that.

Anyone know where I can get a suckoff?

   Speaking of which, is it too late for yet another George Carlin tribute? Ever since he died, our culture has been whitewashed by wholesomeness.
