It won't make me look cool enough. 2. I won't be able to talk about it long enough. 3. I can't make food with something largely meant to be drink. 4. It has almost the same alcohol content as other wines, but somehow doesn't work the same. I'd almost like to read through more and find if I can see what your preference is wine is so I can avoid it, lest I become a pretentious asshole. Seems rather brash to judge someone based upon what they drink with your categories being

1. It won’t make me look cool enough.

2. I won’t be able to talk about it long enough.

3. I can’t make food with something largely meant to be drink.

4. It has almost the same alcohol content as other wines, but somehow doesn’t work the same.

I’d almost like to read through more and find if I can see what your preference is wine is so I can avoid it, lest I become a pretentious asshole.
