Their boss is a fellow named Sergio. They all work for Midphase. I got this from Dan Ushman, who is CEO. They do overload their webservers, which is why each hosting account can only have 1 mysql database. Most companies allow unlimited, or at least 10 databases. If you are happy with Midphase, that's great. However, they have had significant datacenter problems. They moved into their own datacenter in a storage facility where power - and all of the servers - went out for several days in 2006. They were not honest with their customers before, during, or after this event. There were a lot of glitches at the new place, and another 2-3 day outage happened when their air conditioning failed.
