Odd. The last time I mailed Yahoo support, there were “unusually high volumes of E-Mail” as well. Seems they need to hire.

This also happens when you have to deal with the automated messaging systems on the telephone. Thank you automated messaging, you have succeeded in making me so confused that I forgot what I have written about, or I have just given up because I don’t care enough to follow all your stupid procedures. I hate when people follow dumb policies just because it’s the policy. The worst is when you inquire about a dumb rule and they point at a sign on the wall.
